FlowSeal uses a product that is a custom rubberized asphalt emulsion sealcoat. It is blended with select minerals, polymers and chemicals to produce the finest finish. The rubber and sand additives used ultimately produce a sealcoat with the deepest and longest lasting color, firmest body, and greatest durability. Best of all, is non-toxic and eco-friendly!

A sealcoat is an Asphalt emulsion mixed with different additives such as rubber or silica sand and deters the effects of destructive elements in our environment. The Asphalt emulsion forms a barrier to protect asphalt from the effects of weather, salts, oils, sunlight, and other substances that can cause pavement deterioration. The sealant also restores the fresh, rich black color of the asphalt, thus dramatically improving your property's appearance. By consistently protecting your pavement from deterioration and failures, you are prolonging the life of the original asphalt by years.
